Both tracks are absolutely stupifyingly good. They've managed to take two great songs and make them both completely different but just the same, and just as good/possibly better in both cases.
Better than that, the cover is pretty funny too. You have to look twice to notice it isn't the originals. Only having three people in each image gives it away a bit, but it's a lovely touch, and the photoshoots probably cost more than the recording.
