The first presence on the shelves of the Kinsella brothers' output.
I heard this while installing an exhibition at Baltic, Gateshead. PE had been to see Joan of Arc in Glasgow, and had a bootleg recording of the gig. He was playing it in the gallery and it appealed to me straight away. He lent me a few CDs of JOA and this AF ep. I immediately sent off for everything JOA had released up til then, and as much related stuff as I could find, including this. The Owen (Mike Kinsella) records are a bit dissappointing, considering he does guitar and voc on this beauty.
Short, sweet, sublime.
