Warp WARPCD49. 1997
I consider this the turning point Autechre release, when things got a bit more abstract, more considered and more challenging for the listener. The fairly straightforward time signatures and rhythms of previous records gave way to tracks that take several plays before revealing their intention. Much better, cheers lads.
