I've been buying music for over 20 years. Countless thousands of pounds have been spent on the contents of these shelves, and for what? I barely ever venture beyond whatever I've got on my iPod. Laziness I suppose.
But no more. Once I re-file that pile next to the turntable (otherwise J will kill me), I'm embarking on a journey through my music purchase life. I'll listen to every minute of every CD, every slab of vinyl, no matter what. Much of it will be painful, as I haven't always been particularly picky when buying stuff in sales. A lot of it will bring back specific memories, which I may well convey here. I'm pretty sure a lot of it will inspire nothing more than a listing of the title. Anyone involved shall remain nameless. Bare with me, or simply click elsewhere.
It starts at the top left of this mess. CDs first, then 7"s, then the 12" stuff. Then over to the other
side of the room to continue with the CDs. There's a folder thing with a bunch of compilations in lying around somewhere. Maybe that will pop up in the middle of the room. We'll see.
(Deep breath........)
