Consolidated - Play More Music

Network NET040CD. 1992

I think it was this album tour when I saw them in Newcastle. Good live - very loud and dynamic. Someone asked them why, if they were so right on on groovy, were their shirts $20 (quite a lot in '92), and they seemed shocked and dropped the price to $10, giving everyone a refund on the difference.

It's all very right-on, PC, pro-veggy, anti-government, pro-choice. And it gets dull quite quick, as this seems to be the overall focus for the band, rather than making the music interesting. It's just samey, beat-driven semi-industrial.

Milk is not for 'uman beengs, it's for thee leetle aneemals.
