This may seem a bit contradictory considering the comments about Belle and Sebastian, but I love Beat Happening. Not that the two can be compared, but since I dislike the lack of singing ability and the twee nature of most of B&S's songs, I should hate BH.
It's all twee. There isn't any evidence of any singing. Nothing here that could be construed as musical ability.
Regardless, I can listen to them all day. An album full of two-chord songs and ineptitude.
