I saw Eugene play a solo gig at the Cumberland Arms, Newcastle, many years ago. He's a talented guitarist and a very funny chap. I nicked his spoon.
This is horrid. It's the pair of them making an improv racket.
I know live improv rackets can work. Chris Corsano/Mick Flower. Tight Meat Duo. Do I want to listen to it at home? Probably not.
I don't think I'd even have enjoyed this live to be honest.
According to the price tag I bought this at Park Avenue CDs, Orlando, Florida. $7.98. I remember it well. I had a big pile of CDs at the counter when I spotted a flyer for a local Yo La Tengo gig that very night. We were heading to the airport an hour later. Buggeration.
Piss poor.
